Third Public Workshop Held

The public was invited to participate in the third public workshop in support of the Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph (JBSA-R) Joint Land Use Study (JLUS). The workshop was held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Olympia Hills Golf and Event Center, 12900 Mount Olympus, Universal City, Texas 78148. The meeting began at 6:00 pm and lasted for two hours.

A presentation of the impacts associated with the JBSA-R mission on the communities and the communities on that mission was given to the public at this workshop. Maps illustrating where the impacts exist for both the military and communities were discussed, and the public had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
